We want you to be satisfied. But we also know that sometimes that just doesn't work. There may be many reasons for this.
Our customer service gives everything to help you. In most cases we can do that. Write us if you are stuck. And if it just doesn't fit:
As a private customer you can return your order - also used - within one month and get back the full purchase price including shipping costs.
This guarantee is only valid for new goods from our production (Badass eBikes GmbH), ordered in our webshop (www.badassebikes.com). We do not provide any guarantee for goods from third party manufacturers and products from the category Refurbished. Products that have become unusable due to firmware updates or modifications to the e-bike (motor, display, battery, etc.) are excluded from the warranty. The month is valid from the date of dispatch. The refund will be made via the originally chosen payment method. You will be refunded the actually paid amount. If you return only a part of your order, we will refund your payment proportionally, but without shipping costs. The refund will be made after the return shipment has been received and checked by us within one week at the latest. You will have to pay the costs for the return shipment.
There is no legal claim. The legal warranty and your cancellation right remain unaffected.
