We want you to be satisfied. But we also know that sometimes that just doesn't work. There may be many reasons for this.
Our customer service gives everything to help you. In most cases we can do that. Write us if you are stuck. And if it just doesn't fit:
As a private customer, you can return your order within three months and receive the full purchase price including shipping costs. No matter why, even used.
We only grant this guarantee to private customers if they have ordered new goods directly from us, i.e. at www.badassebikes.com. We do not provide any guarantee for goods from the Refurbished category.
The three months are valid from the date of dispatch, at the earliest, however, after complete payment of the goods.
Repayment will be made by the payment method originally chosen. You will receive the actual amount paid back.
If you return only a part of your order, we will refund your payment pro rata, but without shipping costs.
The refund takes place within one week at the latest after we have received and checked the return. You bear the costs for the return.
There is no legal claim. The statutory warranty remains unaffected.
Please contact us by e-mail if you wish to return your order in accordance with the above conditions. Tell us the order or invoice number.
Then send the return safely packed and franked to the following address:

We recommend that you send the return as a parcel with shipment tracking, insured if necessary.
