Fitting the badassBox may invalidate the bike's warranty. Use of the badassBox is at your own risk and peril.
We, the manufacturer, accept no liability for damage to objects and/or persons caused by improper use of the badassBox and/or accessories.
FIRMWARE-UPDATES
Despite all the claims by manufacturers and workshops, firmware updates and upgrades for e-bikes are also gateways to features that could take away or restrict your choice of tuning.
We therefore recommend that you do not carry out any updates or upgrades to the motor firmware or have them carried out, for example by a bike service center, in order to retain the option of tuning.
An e-bike that works probably does not need an update.

Fair and simple shipping costs
We ship your order Monday to Friday, often on the same day, as a parcel with a tracking number from Germany via DHL. You will receive the tracking number automatically by email immediately after dispatch.
